At Rafael Viñoly Architects, Grace Ong Yan contributed to the schematic design of the Bronx County Hall of Justice. The courthouse stands prominently on its two-block site facing East 161st Street near the borough’s Grand Concourse.The scale of the mammoth civic building was dematerialized by a continuous fritted glass facade.  The transparency also exposed the public circulation to a large courtyard that serves the community.
